Eden Scott is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded international firm to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner & Founder.This is a rare opportunity to join an, entrepreneurial organisation where you will be providing seamless support across executive operations, strategic priorities, communication and project coordination.We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being at the heart of business activity and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise.The RoleSupporting a highly visible and influential executive, you will be responsible for ensuring their time, priorities and commitments are managed effectively, enabling them to focus on strategic business objectives.This is a varied and demanding role, requiring exceptional attention to detail, sound judgement and the confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of a complex and ever-changing executive diary
Proactively managing competing priorities and ensuring time is focused on the highest-value activities
Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of coordination
Preparing briefing documents, agendas and supporting materials for meetings
Monitoring actions and ensuring follow-up activity is completed
Providing project coordination support across key business initiatives
Drafting and managing professional correspondence on behalf of the executive
Arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries
Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and locations
Maintaining highly organised systems and records
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the smooth running of executive operations on a day-to-day basis
About YouYou will be a highly accomplished Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.You will bring:
Significant experience supporting C-suite executives, Managing Directors, Partners or Founders
Outstanding organisational and planning skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
High levels of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong Microsoft Office skills and a high level of technical confidence
A calm, resilient and adaptable mind set
